Humanist Vampire Seeking Consenting Suicidal Human 2023
Sasha is a young vampire with a serious problem: she's too sensitive to kill. When her exasperated parents cut off her blood supply, Sasha's life is in jeopardy. Luckily, she meets Paul, a lonely teenager with suicidal tendencies who is willing to give his life to save hers. But their friendly agreement soon becomes a nocturnal quest to fulfill Paul's last wishes before day breaks.

About
The Newcastle Film Society (NFS) has been operating for over 40 years and is one of the longest running Film Societies in Australia.
The Film Society screens 35 films a season consisting of art house, indie films, documentaries and various foreign films.
Films are screened on a Sunday night at Event Cinemas located at Westfield Kotara in the Vmax Theatre at 7 pm. The Newcastle Film Society has had a long-standing association and support from Event Cinemas for over 35 years.
Membership
Annual membership for 2024 is $95 which entitles you to the following benefits:
- 35 Films each year
- Two Wine, Food and Music nights
- Films screened in the state-of-the-art Vmax Theatre
- The possibility of film directors and/or special guests attending a Q & A of the film.
- Film concessions with the Newcastle Italian Film Festival, the Alliance Française de Newcastle French Friday and French Film Festivals.
